The World Mail & Express Europe Conference

The World Post & Parcel Awards is co-located with the World Mail & Express (WMX) Europe Conference which takes place from the 17 - 19 June. Hosted by An Post, this year's WMX Europe will bring together 200 senior post and parcel executives from around the world for three days of networking and learning.

Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] or to the address below. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Where cancellation is received in writing prior to 8 May 2019 any fees due will be refunded. Where cancellations are submitted after 8 May 2019, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety. Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation.

Invoices must be settled within 14 days of receipt or your registration will be cancelled.

Please note, if you are booking tickets to the World Mail & Express Europe conference, to benefit from the Super Early Bird rate, payment must be received by 5 April 2019. If payment is received between 6 April 2019 - 3 May 2019, the Early Bird rate of €1,400 will become due. If payment is received after 3 May 2019, then the standard delegate rate of €1,545 will become due. All delegate tickets must be paid for prior to the event, to guarantee access to pre-event communications and to the event itself.
