How to Enter the World Post & Parcel Awards 2022 “Offline”

Some of our applicants prefer not to use online tools when preparing their entries for the World Post & Parcel Awards. To help, we have created Word versions of our online application forms which you can use to prepare and submit your entries without using our online entry portal.

If you prefer to enter the World Post & Parcel Awards “offline”, simply follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1. Download the relevant entry form(s) – download the relevant entry form below. Please note, you are eligible to enter any project, campaign or initiative into a maximum of two categories.

Step 2. Complete your entry form(s) – answer the questions contained within the entry form. Please make sure all your personal details are entered accurately, including contact details, as this will be used in the awards presentation if you are selected as a finalist. Don’t forget our Categories & Criteria guide can help.

Step 3. Return your completed entry form(s) – once you have completed your entry forms, please submit them back to our team by emailing [email protected]. If you would like submit large files as part of your supporting documentation, please liaise with our team to send these documents via WeTransfer or other similar file transfer services.

Step 4. Keep your fingers crossed! – that’s it. Our team will pass on your entry(ies) to our judging panel who will create a shortlist from the successful applicants. You will be informed if you have made the shortlist around April 2022.

Step 5. Book your place at the Awards – regardless of whether your application makes the shortlist or not, the World Post & Parcel Awards is still a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and network with your peers. Make sure you register!
